About Swattons
Swattons (Andover) Ltd is a local family owned business and has been established in Andover since 1960.
All our residential properties are in Andover and Tidworth. Many of our properties have been purposely built by us for the lettings market. As we own the buildings this ensures a high level of maintenence and care. Our latest development was in Tidworth in 2007.
We let and manage all our properties from our head office in Andover. We don't have a national network of offices or automated telephone systems - we like to keep this simple, efficient and as hassle free as possible.
Our small team combines traditional values and professional service which is based on many years of experience in the lettings industry.
